Tsukishima looks up from his desk, slipping his headphones around his neck. “Yes?” he says. There’s a girl standing over him, and she’s holding out an envelope. She’s pretty, at least as far as Tsukishima knows, tall with a glossy brown ponytail that spills over one shoulder. He doesn’t think he’s seen her around before, but Tsukishima doesn’t do a lot of noticing people. Yamaguchi’s lucky Tsukishima has finally learned the names of the team’s new crop of first years and he’s their vice-captain.
