Donald Sutherland who plays  President Snow talked with Celebuzz about his thoughts on the Katniss and President Snow dynamics, and also admitted a particular scene in the movie brought him to tears.

Here’s what Donald had to say :

[President Snow] knows he’s met his match. He’s 76, he was two years old when the Hunger Games started, so he became an administrator of this bureaucracy somewhere forty or thirty years ago.
