New Study Shows Hillary Clinton’s Face Makes Women More Confident

In the study individual men and women were asked to give a speech in front of a panel of six strangers. For some there was a picture of Bill Clinton on the back wall and for others there was a picture of Hillary. Overall the men spoke longer and were judged as better speakers than the women, except for the group of ladies who spoke while looking into Hillary’s baby blues. That group blew the men out of the water as far as the length of their speeches and overall confidence and success in conveying their ideas publicly.
The conclusion researchers drew from this study was that when women are exposed to powerful female role models in leadership positions they gained instant boosts in confidence and the ability to achieve at high levels. ”Female political role models can inspire women and help them cope with stressful situations that they encounter in their careers, such as public speaking,” the authors of the study wrote. ”A lack of female powerful role models leads to a vicious circle, because if women fail to take leadership positions, they also fail to provide role models for junior women to follow.”

Everybody knows about Hillary
Everybody knows Hillary’s a liar. Everybody knows Hillary’s corrupt. Everybody knows Hillary’s a criminal. Everybody hates Hillary, and no one enthusiastically supports her; her voters are just afraid of Trump.
I’ve heard these things stated over and over throughout the primaries, without any sources to back them up. Who needs sources? We all know Hillary Clinton’s the worst, don’t we? She wouldn’t have decades of scandals and all these hearings and investigations if she weren’t. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.
Well, except the smoke about Whitewater, because that seven year investigation found no evidence of wrongdoing by the Clintons.
And it turns out that six official investigations into Vince Foster’s suicide found nothing to suggest the Clintons had a hand in his death. In fact, there’s no evidence pinning them to any of the dozens of deaths they’re said to have caused.
There’s always Benghazi, though. Sure, the eighth investigation ended the way the first seven did, with no evidence of wrongdoing, but maybe another investigation will find the truth!
Okay, but what about her email server and the way she compromised national security and tried to cover it up? FBI director James Comey even overstepped his authority when speaking about the investigation’s findings in order to publicly condemn her! Except he also said that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case”, and later clarified before a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing that there was no evidence Clinton’s server had been hacked, that Clinton did not lie, and that she did not break the law.
Well, she still voted for the Iraq War when she was senator! Which she freely admits was a mistake. She and other senators believed that the Congressional Resolution they were voting for would authorize the president to use force only after “diplomatic or other peaceful means” had been exhausted. She even said during the Senate debate on the resolution that attacking then and there could “set a precedent that could come back to haunt us.”
Still, she won’t release the transcripts of those speeches she was paid for! How dare she not give up her intellectual property created while she was a private citizen, never mind that one of the speeches is already freely available for viewing online. Why can’t she be like Trump and Sanders and just refuse to release her tax returns instead?
But she’s a liar! There’s a video of her lying for thirteen straight minutes! True, it’s manipulatively edited and mostly just showing how her views, like anyone else’s, have evolved over time, and Politifact ranks her as the most honest candidate, and the former executive editor of The New York Times called her “fundamentally honest and trustworthy,” but well, everybody knows she’s a liar!
All right, so she’s never been convicted of any crime, and all the investigations into her alleged scandals keep coming up with nothing, and she won the Democratic primaries after consistently polling ahead of Sanders, but that’s only proof of her corruption. She’s rigged the system so that she can get away with anything! She just somehow hasn’t rigged it well enough to keep all this stuff out of the press.
Because that’s definitely more rational than concluding that, just maybe, she’s an imperfect but well-qualified candidate with a bad reputation formed by decades of smears and conspiracy theories.
One of the most touching moments of the Democratic National Convention happened Tuesday when a 102-year-old woman, born before women had the right to vote, nominated America’s first woman to be a major-ticket presidential nominee.
“I hope you realize the irony of what she’s doing,” Paul Czisny, a Wisconsin delegate for Bernie, said, nodding his head backward at a young woman standing in the stands, a piece of white tape across her mouth that said in stark black letters SILENCED. Periodically, she stood up and photographers rushed over, camera shutters whirring, to snap her admittedly very dramatic portrait.
“She’s able to vote, she’s able to get elected as a delegate, she’s able to come here,” Czisny rolled his eyes. He’s as pissed off as anyone about the business of the DNC emails—“it just feeds the frustrations of the Bernie people”—but he was frustrated with people like that young woman. “Unfortunately, all they’re doing is aiding the Trump camp,” he said. “Virtually no one here”—meaning the Bernie delegates—“is going to vote for Trump, but will they stay home? Will they vote for Jill Stein [of the Green Party]? I find this maddening because we’ve seen this movie before, and if we think Bush was a disaster, Trump will be an even bigger disaster.”
Like the other Bernie supporters in the Wisconsin delegation, he doesn’t love Hillary, but he would do the adult thing and vote for her come November. “Because I’m not selfish,” says 22-year-old Bernie activist Hailey Storsved, who led the student movement for Sanders at her university. “It’s kind of like saying, ‘I’m taking my ball and going home.’”

Popular Pakistani model and social media personality Qandeel Baloch was killed by one of her brothers for “dishonoring” their family, police say.
Baloch was a an at-times controversial internet star who starred in viral videos – the provocative selfies she shared prompting her to be dubbed Pakistani’s own Kim Kardashian. She was murdered after her brother warned her to stop posting photos and videos on social media, her parents said according to The Express Tribune.
Just three weeks ago, she had asked police for protection after receiving numerous death threats, particularly on social media where she was the target of misogynist abuse.
I like Bernie but If Hillary wins the primary I’ll vote Hillary. I love y'all but if you let Christie or Trump become president because you wanted to throw a tantrum over Hillary winning primaries I will personally punch every other registered voter in the face. I had to suffer through eight years of a republican president I didn’t elect and I won’t do it again.

- he turned an inherited budget surplus into a 1.2 trillion dollar deficit.
- a small deficit is one thing! 1.2 trillion dollars is NOT SMALL. Bill Clinton did have some part in the lead-up to a failing economy but Bush….Bush destroyed it.
- The entire 2008 collapse began while he was still in office and basically did nothing about it. This wasn’t just an American collapse. This was a world-wide financial collapse that happened because American banks were failing (in large part due to massive amounts of tax-cuts and de-regulation put forth by Bush!). It triggered a world-wide collapse. He was partially responsible for our country’s second great depression.
