#i absolutely can believe they came back to drag drumpf#they made an entire album that has since become a musical dragging bush#and drumpf is even worse than bush #of course they were coming back#i mean if you know the origins of the punk/emo bands that were everywhere in the mid-2000s#you know they stemmed out of the fear and uncertainty and discomfort and terror of those days#and we are entering a whole new level of them #of course green day is back#expect the genre as a whole to make a resurgence over the course of the next year or so
so proud i got my first contact high at a green day concert when i was 14
