Almost all of us enjoy something that’s problematic.  There is almost always some issue in our favorite comics, television shows, films, books, etc.  And you’re free to like them!  I mean, I really like The Vampire Diaries, which is filled with LOADS of suspect stuff (on top of being a CW show, but whatever).  Vehemently defending the problematic elements in something doesn’t make you a good fan, it just makes you an annoying one.

Testify. There’s also nothing wrong with admitting that something you once liked a lot has gotten too problematic to continue watching. Oh, Criminal Minds, we were so good together once.

After an interview with Tim Gunn, Conan O’Brien promised (to nobody) that he would wear jeggings for an entire show. Conan is a stand up gentleman who keeps his promises.

While I was watching last night, the painted on zippers and pockets really pushed this into the surreal for me. Also, did he get those at the REALLY REALLY TALL GUY STORE? Conan’s like 7'10" and those things are still bagging at the ankles.
