For that AskReddit link, my first thought was PINEAPPLES DON’T GROW ON TREES. I went to Hawaii and stared at a pineapple growing out of the ground, along with the four other people I was traveling with. We all thought we were looking at a lie — so much so that my husband (then my boyfriend) ACTUALLY WENT TO LOOK IT UP ON WIKIPEDIA FROM HIS PHONE WHILE WE WERE STANDING IN FRONT OF IT. I thought maybe we were just particularly stupid, but when I got home and told people, no one believed me.
Hawaiians must laugh at mainlanders all the time.
FACT: PINEAPPLES DON’T GROW ON TREES MEME WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE TIMES ON MEME.
FACT 2: ALL MY FAULT. Though that taught me about how you could grow pineapples at home.

Parks is brand new tonight at 930 on NBC with an episode titled RON AND TAMMY 2. If you want to see Ron Swanson get cornrows and punch out a glass door, I would recommend watching. I hear its one of our best episodes.

- Q: Are you still friends with Ryan Ross and Jon Walker?
- A: I’m definitely glad to say that, yes, we are still friends. I talked to Ryan a couple days ago. We live close to each other and we’ve hung out a few times — gone to dinner, grabbed some drinks. We told each other we’d get together again soon. Friendship was really important to us when we split. It split was just about the music. It was mutual. We are super psyched for them and they’re stoked for us.
