today’s theme: the amount of ugly crying i’m doing over 30 rock.
In which The Office finally breaks the “fourth” wall with its “documentary crew,” and the 20-year-old post-expression German drama thesis writer inside me has a massive heart attack because this was all I ever wanted. The only thing. Fuck.
This was really jarring, but in a good way. Who knew after nine seasons they could still throw in some curve balls.
Easily the biggest moment since Michael G. Scott’s departure. It’s nice to be genuinely surprised.
