Yes, you should still enroll in coverage before the January 31 open enrollment deadline. When you enroll in coverage, you and the health insurance company enter into a contract that is generally binding for a year (no matter how the law changes). This means that if you enroll in coverage now then you will have coverage throughout 2017.

Unlike the commentary of vol.1, that contained lots of things already appeared in countless interviews, this one has some VERY interesting information that I’m sure everyone wants to know. For example, we finally get to know more about Yurio’s family… There really is a lot of stuff regarding Yurio!

The commentary is only for episode 3. Episode 4 has no commentary. In a way it’s still not a full translation because I didn’t really translate every single line, but I think I translated/summarized basically everything they talked about. Therefore, it’s also really long… As in vol.1, since the format is different from normal interview translations, you can find my comments too (mostly in brackets).
