I’m sorry I’ve been so absent. I’ve had a bad case of SAD going on, combined with burnout recovery (I can’t believe it took me nearly 2 months to finally start getting back on the groove of things, and not feel like shit while drawing).

If you’ve been feeling unproductive/unmotivated/”lazy/sad/depressy lately, remember you are a human person, and we kinda need rest to function properly. Listen to your body, and help it recover. And don’t feel guilty if the lack of sunshine and cold weather makes you lethargic. It’s completely normal. This capitalist society has us conditioned to think we’re worthless junk if we’re not producing content 24/7. You are good and worthy no matter your output. Be kind to yourself, and don’t push yourself to the point of self-loathing. And, if you’ve already done and gone past that point, remember that just as broken bones need time to heal, so does our spirit/mind/kokoro/brain/whatever-pushes-our-creative-impulses.
