—What type of team is MAD TRIGGER CREW? Also, please tell us what type of people you think that Juto and Riou are.

After listening to their solo songs, I thought, “Meme characters?”, but the division song gave a sense of bitter adults, so the team is still a bit of a mystery. However, even though they don’t say it outloud, I believe that they do respect each other. It’s a different type of good relationship than the one in “Buster Bros!!!”. Juto is the most like the tactician, the person of contact, and the worldliest (laughs). Riou is the most airheaded, not only in the team, but in “Hypnosis Mic”. I think that he also has the most physical strength (laughs).

—How did you capture the character of Aohitsugi Samatoki?

I think that due to the environment he grew up and works in, he became to be a very straightforward and passionate guy. While I act him out, I keep in mind not to overuse his “rage side” so that he’s not just some random thug.
