14th HypMic Niconama Rap Battle (Jun/22/18)

The one they had to start in a later time (like 20 minutes later) because Nicovideo was having trouble in streaming it. And these guys apologized and asked the fans for patience in the series’ twitter account.

Since June 22nd was Hifumi’s birthday, guest this time was his seiyuu, Kijima Ryuichi, who brought the champagne and started the mood for that program.

15th HypMic Niconama Rap Battle (Jul/13/18)

The last Nico Live Battle normal program (akawk) before they changed the format to Nico Live Meeting at KeyStudio.

This time, the guests were Rappagariya and Itou Kento (Doppo) and it really showed how Suba cannot really handle nervousness (and lights, and cameras, and a hot summer) with artists he likes a lot (also this “nervousness” of sorts has been repeating itself over the whole summer’s programs.(I found it cute Yamada-san was drying Suba’s sweat to a point where it was “funny cute”).

Welcome to the 2018 Reigisa Creative Works Exchange!

This year, to celebrate our boys, @iwatobies will be hosting a creative works exchange from December 14th to 24th. 

What is the exchange?

Basically, it’s a Secret Santa except everyone gives to everyone and everyone receives, so the pressure of creating the right gift for a specific person is removed. Every post that gets tagged with #reigisaexchange will be reblogged here, so anything and everything that people want to give as a gift to the fandom at large will be shared and celebrated!

What to make?

Absolutely anything. Art, fics, gifs, AMVs, interpretive dances to the sound of iced tea being served—everything is welcome. HOWEVER, we will also collect prompts and ideas from our followers, so if anyone wants some guidance on what to make, there’s something to choose from. We kickstart on Rei’s birthday so maybe some content for the best butterfly is in order?

Kyra, why are you starting talking about this in September?

Because making stuff takes a long time so I want everyone to have lots and lots of time so there’s no rush and no pressure! 

Please come share your opinions on what kind of content you want to see! You don’t have to share any personal information to do so and it’s completely anonymous. Ever really wanted a fic where all the characters are actually spoons? You can ask for that here. I’m not judging.

On October 5th, we will publish a full list of prompts and suggestions for creators, and then wait to see what everyone comes up with!! 

The more people who participate—by suggesting prompts, by promoting this post, by making wonderful art/fics/interpretive dances—the more of a success this event will be! And it doesn’t matter if you don’t think your interpretive dancing is the best out there because every creator has something unique to share! So please consider marking your calendars and giving a little something to the Reigisa fandom, because I, for one, am super excited to see it!
