Playing Kageyama Tobio, I’m Kageyama Tatsuya!  Eh, eh what is it?  Okay! Um, I’ve really had a lot of experiences thanks to Engeki Haikyuu.  I joined the cast with Summer of Evolution but… Starting with Worry Kinoshita-san, to everyone in the staff, to everyone involved in the company, to everyone in the cast… and Tatsunari… and to everyone who’s supported us, thank you so much! As I played Kageyama Tobio, there’s one thing I felt above all else.  And that’s… I really am glad that I met everyone on Karasuno, that it was this group.  And I’m the same, I’m so glad to have met everyone on Karasuno.  Um… yes.  I’m really happy to be able to stand here with the “the strongest company,” with these acting idiots.  Thank you very much!

Playing… Tsuki-ma Kei… I—oh geez… I’d decided before that I wouldn’t cry but… Please forgive me.  Eh, I… will proceed… as a Gekidan Haikyuu member. I was 19 when I… became a… part of Gekidan Haikyuu… these three years… went by in a flash.  I’m here now because… everyone supported me.  I really… I love Tsukishima Kei and I… really love everyone in Karasuno.  And to everyone who came to see us, thank you so very much.  Thank you for your support these three years.

Playing Yamaguchi Tadashi, I’m Miura Kairi!  I was thinking too much about what gag to do that I didn’t prepare very much to say… so I’m going to be very brief.  For me, Haikyuu is a production that was my beginning as an actor, and back when I barely knew left from right, I was supported by so many people, and uhh… now I’m able to stand here today.  To everyone who’s been involved with this production, I have nothing but gratitude. Thank you so much.  And… also, well, I keep thinking again how glad I am that Ryoutarou could be my partner.  And finally!  I want to follow after my master and try the Karasuno cheer!  Here I go!

  • The Summer of Evolution DVD is released!  Backstage footage from the DVD shows us Ken-chan, Hiroki, and Kousei’s graduation.

  • Kouki is injured during rehearsals and Takumi takes over as Bokuto for Start of the Giant (x)

Playing Ennoshita Chikara, I’m Kawahara Kazuma.  Everyone, you probably think that I’ll talk for a long time today, don’t you?  That’s why, I came prepared with a letter today. I wanted to be concise with my thoughts. I talked about this a little bit last time during Start of the Giant, but before I was cast for Engeki Haikyuu, I had been thinking about quitting acting.  But, the job of an actor is to move people’s hearts, and I really do love doing that.  And with this production, with these three years, I was able to feel that sensation again. To everyone that’s been involved with Engeki Haikyuu, I want to take this time to convey my gratitude.  Thank you so very much.  
Lastly, I also hate saying goodbye so, I want to close out with this!  Ok everyone—oh, you got it!  Ok everyone, applause!  Here I go! One, two!!  Thank you very much.

Playing Nishinoya Yuu, I’m Fuchino Yuuto.  Let’s see, there have been in total 256 total performances, in which I and Hashimoto Shouhei-kun have… um… played… Nishinoya Yuu… (begins to cry)  Everything really is connected… (cries harder)  Just like in volleyball..

I really didn’t want to cry!  But um… yes… I really have nothing but gratitude. I think of myself and Hashimoto Shouhei-kun as one Nishinoya.  Thank you so much for these 44 shows!

Playing Tanaka Ryuunosuke, I’m Shiota Kouhei.  Um, I had always decided that while I was on stage as Tanaka Ryuunosuke, that I would continuously be Tanaka Ryuunosuke, so that’s what I did.  And even now, I’m mostly Tanaka for the curtain call but since this is the end, I wanted to speak today as the actor, Shiota Kouhei.  And um… that’s right, I’ve been doing this for three and a half years.  To be completely honest, even when I thought about quitting, I always ended up coming back here.  It’s that tough, and I think it’s amazing that all of us have made it this far, but to have done this for 3.5 years and to see this sight today, these feelings and sensations are… well isn’t that what all this was for?  I honestly think so.  I was able to do this for three and a half years because of the support you gave, and because of the wonderful cast members.  Thank you so much.  Thank you for your support these 3.5 years.  
And now, let’s call out for Tanaka-senpai!!! Oi, you were all waiting weren’t you, my little kouhai?!  Okay okay okay!  Let’s go!
