Yamaguchi Tadashi isn’t stupid– he’s in an honor’s course for a reason. But there are just some subjects he can’t handle! Japanese history is so boring, and he’s doing fine in the class! So yeah, maybe he zones out a bit when Tsukki starts reading his text book out loud. Sue him! 

With a sigh, he clicks his pen. He’s gotten used to their routine. Tsukki reads out loud, and Yamaguchi does his own thing. He’s leaning against Tsukki’s side, doodling on his notebook, before he gets bored and starts to connect the scattered sun-spots on Tsukki’s arms. Little stars, planets, and rocket ships. Tsukki seems mostly unbothered, a light flush on his cheeks. 

“You know we have a test on Thursday, right?” 

“Mhm.” 

“You should listen, then.” 

“I am.” 

“Are not.” 

“Are too.” 

Yamaguchi adds a heart onto Tsukki’s wrist, smiling as they bicker. 

Yamaguchi’s sure he’ll pass; after all, he isn’t stupid. And Tsukki will summarize what he needs to know later.
