I've had this doubt in my mind for a while about sk8 sub. When Adam says to Miya "I simply am in love with them" with respect to his skating partners, does the (Japanese) word he use have romantic meaning? Because the word he uses for love sounds exactly the same as the word his aunties used when hitting him ("we are doing this because we love you") and I can't imagine it having romantic meaning there. Does the word the aunties and Adam use for love refer to love in general then (and not just romantic)?
You’re right, what he says is a direct quote of what his aunts told him as a child. It doesn’t really have a “romantic” connotation in this context. I’m still working on my subs for ep 8 but here is how I have changed that scene:

So he’s at the party headquarters in Okinawa.
Normally he would work at the local party office in Okinawa, but when he has to go to the National Diet for sessions or voting on things he flies to Tokyo.

Magazines and what actually happens in the show are two different things… There have been some really weird things they’ve asked people to self insert for.
In the magazine where there were the marriage certificates for all the SK8 characters, they also had articles about what it would be like to marry the boys from pokemon and the girls from yashahime. I’m sure I’ve seen articles written in a self insert way for shows that had canon couples too…. so don’t take magazine articles too seriously.
But having said that, no, it’s not likely that any ship will become canon in SK8. Expect it to be more of the same.
Oh! And I meant to say but forgot when I was writing, self insert things also let you imagine you’re which ever character you want them to be dating. You can imagine it’s you or your ship! Theoretically everyone wins.

I think they’re referencing the next episode preview after episode 8. ADAM offers to play “higher higher”(高い高い) with Miya…..I don’t think this game actually has a name in English but it’s when an adult throws a baby in the air and catches them.
Why there have been a few artists drawing art of this in the past few days I’m not really sure.

Since it’s most important to feel like he’s enjoying himself, he shows off a lot of muscle. However, the reason why he’s always undressed isn’t because he’s that confident in his body, but because he has so much muscle that it’s probably uncomfortable for him to wear the clothes.
Q2: What is something they always have in their bag?
I feel like he just doesn’t carry a bag around. I picture him having his wallet in his pocket and just carrying his board around.
Q3: What kind of clothes would they wear on a date?
Nanjou is always wearing his best clothes! I think he’d probably say “Of course I am? Since I’m meeting people every day ☆” (lol)
Q4: What kind of clothes are they attracted to on someone else?
Probably things you don’t normally see, like the casual wear someone wears to relax around the house. Of course fashionable clothes are good too, but I think the defenseless and loose loose look would be attractive to him.
Q5: How do they buy their clothes?
He probably has a shop he usually goes to and is friendly with the staff. Since he hangs out with cute girls he probably doesn’t buy cheap clothes. Even if his clothes are beat up I think they’re brand name clothes.
Q6: What would they do on a shopping date?
He’s always playing around every day so he doesn’t have money like Sakurayashiki does (lol). But I think he wants to do anything that the girls would want to do. But if it seems like they’ll want to do something that would cost a lot like Sakurayashiki would do, Nanjou is the type that will try to direct them to a more light location like a casual bar.
Q7: How do they do their laundry?
He probably just does it all at once on the weekend.
Q8: If there was a picture taken of them about town, how would they react?
He’d probably be carefree and just smile and make manly poses.
