hiii thank you so much for everytging and also the hard work you pour in making the subs for eps and everything they do make a difference! i really believe in YOUR source than any other translators in twitter! and i hope you are doing fine and also taking the rest you need!
Thank you <3
If you follow me on twitter you might have noticed I mentioned I’ve been sick the past few days but I think I’m getting better now! I shall continue to do my best!
thank you for all your hard work on the sk8 subs! the quality of your translations (and the videos) are excellent, and it's made re-watching the show really enjoyable. i'll definitely be seeding the torrents for as long as I can, because yours are by far my favourite version!
Yay I’m so happy! It’s been taking me a while to put them out (mostly due to shipping troubles 😭😭😭😭) and sometimes I wonder if the changes I make really make a difference to other people or if it’s just me being picky about translations but I like to tell myself it makes a difference lol.
The last epilogue chapter and the very last chapter of Season 1, back to the basics with Kuroba and Haijima! You know what that means…it’s almost Fukuho Time
Since school is starting soon, I’ll be taking another break. Not sure when I’ll start on Season 2 but I’ll probably get the prologue out before the end of this year
I think it’s kind of frustrating when an adaptation of a work doesn’t get much attention (and didn’t adapt the work in a way that brings out its strengths) and so people dismiss the work as a whole and not pay attention to it. I don’t know if there will still be people reading my translations next year or the year after, or even if I will still be translating it, but I’m happy that my translations brought something to people who want more after watching the anime
And feel free to make your own epubs/pdfs bc it’s going to take a while for me to do it lol
Translation Notes
1. Haijima’s first name (公誓) broken down into their individual kanji: 公 (ooyake) means public, official, common and 誓 (chikai) means vow or pledge. 公に誓う therefore means “pledging in public”
tumblr people love this. reddit people love this. 4chan scum loves this. there is just something intrinsically hilarious about none pizza with left beef. bless
I hope this never dies. I hope None Pizza with Left Beef will go down in Internet history alongside such legends as the Rickroll and He-Man’s rendition of “What’s Going On”.
I heard someone on a newscast (I think it might have been Chris Hayes) talking about trying to explain None Pizza with Left Beef so this has officially transcended time and space.
